I've attempted to transfer my iTunes library to my external drive, however, everytime I restart my computer, the iTunes preferences revert back to the old location? Ideas?? Thanks!

Hi Netherlands2001

I know that the downloaded songs from iTunes are copy-protected in one way or another. Uploading to an iPod works fine, but they still are protected for use on other platforms I believe. So that's the problem.

Apple does not really provide much information about the topic, other then the EULA you already agreed to.
I recommend you to contact the iTunes customer support if you have further questions.
Sorry, but any other solution would violate our -Terms of Use-

Good luck :)
