Can't use Google.ca on my computer

I have Internet Explorer. When I open Explorer and type www.google.ca in the search bar, it starts to load and in the tab it shows it's connecting. When it is done loading it shows "Address not valid or Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". When I run Diagnose Connection Problems it says "Windows did not detcet any connection problems with your Internet connection. If your browser cannot display the page try the following:
-Refresh page:Search for the again by clicking the Refresh button. Atimeout could have occurred due to Internet congestion.
-Access from a link: If there is a link to the page you are looking for, try acccessing the page from that link".
It has been doing this for a long while, not sure how long but alomost a year now or more. Please help me and thank you.

  • Then click the Run Fix button at the top
  • Let the program run unhindered, reboot the PC when it is done
  • Open OTL again and click the Quick Scan button. Post the log it produces in your next reply.

THEN

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish, so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply.
Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process, if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.
