Do the following:

• Please download Panda USB Vaccine here (you must provide valid e-mail and they will send you download link to this e-mail address) to your desktop.
• Install and run it.
• Plug in USB drive and click on Vaccinate USB and Vaccinate computer.

Hi,

We should temporary disable Avira protection:

Please navigate to the system tray on the bottom right hand corner and look for an open white umbrella on red background (looks to this: )

• right click it-> untick the option AntiVir Guard enable.
• You should now see a closed, white umbrella on a red background (looks to this: )

Now run Panda Vaccine and click on both Vaccinate buttons (if available).

After that you should enable Avira:

Please navigate to the system tray on the bottom right hand corner and look for a close white umbrella on red background (looks to this: )

• right click it-> tick the option AntiVir Guard enable.
• You should now see an opened, white umbrella on a red background (looks to this: )
