Yet another BSoD problem

I've been having BSoD problems ever since I got rid of a bifrose virus that hit my computer. I used a combination of spyware doctor and malwarebytes' to remove the threat.
I guess somewhere along the road something went wrong and since I've been getting BSoD regardless of the activity on my computer.

Attatched is a minidump (that's what you need right?
the error i keep getting says tcpip.sys

On windows 7 64-bit
sorry if my English isn't that great, my computer knowledge isn't either.

any input is appreciated much!

Hi frack, welcome to GeeksToGo.

Have you tried running System File Checker. That's the first thing I would do.

So at least its not a system file, where do I go from here?
