Why is My Computer so slow?

okay i just re built my computer and just reinstalled windows vista 64 bit home premium i am so confused as to why it seems to be slower than my quad core i used to run before upgrading everything i now have
Motherboard- http://www.newegg.co...N82E16813131736

Ram- http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820231460 Bought 16gbs of this ram so 2 pairs
Graphics Card- http://www.geforce.c...geforce-gtx-580
Operating System- Windows Vista Home Premium 64 Bit Service Pack 2 and all other updates
also keep getting physical memory dump like all the time could it be my memory is junk or something?
What am i missing here shouldn't this thing be an animal??
Help Me out and tell me what you thing is going on here ill check what i can on my end threw out this post and keep you all updated
