We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.

Followed your link and received from "Windows Update" site 18 updates, but couldn't see any SP1a download during the updates. Maybe it's like that. Here

I need you to get the XP update before I'm allowed to help you. If you don't see the option for Sp1a, then get Service Pack 2. Install, reboot, and post a new Hijackthis log.

I understand that you may not have known that your XP had an invalid product key, but due to Geeks to Go policy we are not allowed to help anyone with an illegitimate copy of windows. If you are able to obtain a legal copy of XP, we would be more than happy to help you at that time.
