unable to clean

Hi,my name is Ali,i use a trial version of nod32 and my pc is infected,and some notification apear from ESET Smart Security noted: object:c:/users/Ali/AppData/roaming\setup.ini
Threat:INF/Autorun Virus
Information:unable to clean
and some things like this!
and when i scan my computer the infected files are found but nod32 can'd clean them!
i saw a same problem which carina(summer) solved it,could you please help me too
