More information is needed please.

Make and full model ofthe computer if branded ie a Dell, HP etc.

Is this a wireless network card or a wired network.

If the computer is not branded and the original network was INTEGRATED what is the make and model of the motherboard please.

What is the make and model of the new card, or whatever that you have installed.

Is the device seen in device manager, if so does it have any warning by it.
Is it shown as an unknown device.

Basically you have not provided enough information to enable anyone to help with the problem.

It is now some 16 days since my reply to your thread.
No response has been received from you.

This is NOT the first time this has occurred with your threads.
You started this thread on 12 Sept.

and NEVER responded.

Also on 30 Sept., you started this thread
http://www.geekstogo...__fromsearch__1

which appears that it may well be a duplicate although differently worded, of the thread to which this post is on.
and have NOT responded to that either
