Hello, newbie here. Have tried and failed repeatedly to install NIS 2012, and Norton tech support says I have a virus. Can anyone help? Have run MBAM, Norton Power Eraser, Trend Micro Housecall, SAS, Windows Defender - all show no errors. I can run NIS Full Scan in Safe Mode and it detected 7 heuristic viruses which I removed, but on restarting in regular mode, NIS doesn't even start up. Autofix can't correct the problem.
