Whenever I try and boot up my computer [ WINDOWS XP PRO ] this is the screen that I get (instead of the regular log on screen)

When I click ctrl alt delete this is the screen that I get (instead of the task manager)

How do I get this back to normal?

Edit: I had to take pictures from my iPhone because it wouldn't let me take a screen shot
