Idiotically, I removed an item from my registry, and now all I get is the blue screen.

My notebook is an Acer Extensa 4420-5239 running Vista Home Premium.

When I boot up, the Vista splash screen with the 4 user tiles (1 for each of my family members)comes up just fine.

However, when I click any user other than the adminsitrator, it says "welcome" then says "logging off", and returns to the screen above.

When I click on the administrator's icon and type in the password, it just goes to blue screen and stays there.

I tried repairing it with the Vista Recovery Disk, but that doesn't seem to help.

Would greatly appreciate help!!!
