Computer turns off by itself

OK so we now know it is not the drive itself.
That would leave the controller which means motherboard or PSU. Now assuming everything else is working fine as you stated then the issue is with the controller or the cable to the controller.
Is your cd drive IDE or SATA?

The driver i use is the 1st ( SATA )

Have you attempted to switch the SATA port it is connected to?

OK then replace the sata cable as that is the last connection between the two that exists.

Just so we are clear you are working with the dvd drive also and not the hard drive?

The dvd drive is the issue so I am hoping that is what you are looking at the sata cable.

Yes i know , but i dont have other Sata cable , i mean i have but it is on HDD shall i change the cables and see if the pc boots ?

OK so you know the dvd drive that you took out of the other system was working so if you use the drive and the sata cable it was connected to then it should work.

Wait maybe i gave you some wrong info as sometimes i dont understand some sentences you ask me , so , i have 1 CD Driver that is always connected but i have another cd driver from my old pc that was cased in a box , what i did was turn off the CD driver is always connected , and then i turned on my old one , and still the same result.

P.S : The cd drive i use has SATA connecter but the old is IDE

OK got ya now.
Seems like a repair installation is needed then to correct the OS.
