I need to stop a pop up from reoccurring over and over agian wether I am not the internet or not. The web address displayed on the pop up is

http://empnads.com/s...L?zone=enternet

If any one has any ideas on how to stop this from occuring it would be helpful.
I am also having a problem with pop ups in general and programs downloading themselves to my computer. THank you for your help.
