Like I said:

I NEVER used Netscape on this machine, not even on this harddisk. Nut I still have the registry keys that are being owned by Netscape Navigator. Is this because of Mozilla?? I heard there was a connection between them.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER;
SOFTWARE;
NETSCAPE->
-Netscape Navigator->
-Suffixes
-User Trusted somethings....
-Viewers.

Can I delete is savely?

It's not unusual to have a Netscape key in the Registry even after a fresh Windows install. I have such a key and have never installed any netscape or mozilla product.
