Can't Run Any Programs

The other day my friend tried used combofix (log attached) to remove some malware from my computer but now I can't run programs like Word, Excel, Dell Image center.... I can't system restore either because I get an error followed by another error when it try's to run a check disk. I really need my laptop for school any help is apreciated! I've attached a pic of a few error messages I get.

Do you have all Windows updates installed? Download and install the latest .NET framework package and see if it resolves the Dell V305\app4r.exe error.
