UDK crashes on startup

Alright I'm trying to run UDK.exe (Unreal Development Kit, yes I'm in a game studio), the file is located in this folder:
C:\UDK\UDK-2011-06\Binaries\Win64

What the problem is, it comes up with the splash screen (loading screen) then opens up a new window then crashes, now it has only started doing this yesterday it was working correctly and now it doesn't want to work at all. I have tried re-installing UDK, running my team's game from UnrealFrontend which also crashes, i tried removing all the user created content (my team's content) from UDK and trying which didnt work either (running the original UDK.exe). I'm out of ideas now so I'd like some help please.

Also I'm using June 2011 (06) version of UDK.
