I am at my witts end! My Itunes store has not worked for months and I can not get this issue resolved. I consider myself good at working with computers and I just cant figure it out. I have disable all firewalls, including uninstalling my virus software (excessive but I am desperate). Windows firewall is currently off and AVG is uninstalled.

I recently tried to update my ipad 2 to the IOS 5.0 and it will not let me do this either. Not only can I not access the iTunes store but I can not use Safari at all. I can access apples website via Mozilla and Internet Explorer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes several times to no avail. And now as I am typing all of this and I run a new diagnostic test, the test states everything is fine! But it is not! Itunes store "loads" but without and graphics or functionality... Some of the text is visible in the iTunes store but not functional. Anyways here are the results of my iTunes diagnostic's test:
Microsoft Windows 7 x64 Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (Build 7601)

Hi Travis Fix and Welcome to the forum -
As you cannot resolve the issue with your current settings, please re enable an Antivirus and (at least) a Windows Firewall. :)
This is just to ensure you are currently protected while you are on the internet.

Your problem is being looked at, and someone will reply back as soon as they have more details for you -

Thank You -

Yes I did reactivate as I did recently figure out the problem. After removing my virus and firewall protection I ran some of the programs I had kept from when I worked IT in college... I ran Kazaa Begone and Hijackthis.de and between the two of those programs it worked! So obviously it had something to do with spyware that only affected iTunes and Safari.

Thank you for the response.
