iTunes update error

Not sure if this is the right forum, if not could someone point me in the right direction?? Anyhow,

Trying to update to iOS5 on an iPhone4. Running Windows 7 64bit, updated to iTunes 10.5 but when trying to update the phone I get an error "iPHone update server could not be contacted. Make sure network setting are correct..."

I tried disabling Windows firewall and MSE but still get the error. Any ideas? Thanks!

I know I'm a little late, but wanted to see if you still needed help with your problem?

Have you had problems connecting to the iTunes store?

Please follow these instructions to run the iTunes Diagnostics. Once completed, click on the "Copy to clipboard" button and paste the results in your next reply.
