I had an Issue with My computer folder lagging [fixed with rshaffer61's help].. I had this problem before we solved that problem and I forgot to mention this to him!

I am having a trouble with my Windows Background Intelligent Transfer Service (such as when using Windows Update).. I have to manually start it all the time. I have tried Setting it to "Automatic start" from "Manual start" in Services.msc with no prevail as it resets on computer restart.

Currently Specs:
Windows XP SP3 | Up-To-Date, Cleaned, Defragmented, and Virus Free.
Avast Internet Security and Malwarebytes | Up-To-Date.
All programs, drivers, and settings are Up-To-Date.
(ask for anything else)

Any help oh smart people of GeeksToGo?!;]
