Anyone Know A Good Non invasive URL Logging Software

i am looking for a simple program for the office that logs websites visited by employees. The ones i found so far are too invasive and feature keyloggers which i personaly feel violate the right to privacy due to the fact that it can acidently uncover users passwords for email and bank accounts.

does anyone know of a simple passive program that just generates text based logs of all websites visited and nothing more?
