Hello,

I have just recently been given a built computer by my Uncle. I came home plugged in my headphones.

And started to notice lag when playing music in winamp or in a browser. I Checked and noticed (title) Under device manager

Im running
Windows Xp 64 bit
Intel pentium 4 3.00ghz
With a Realtek HD audio (emulated?)

Oh and the headphones are through Audio I/O jacks
And it's a Platronics gamcom 377 if that helps any.

Thank you, If you need more information just ask :)

-Edit- I have done some tweaking around and looking around.. it seems to be the CPU.. Whether it's Winamp Wmplayer or Chrome, The Affinity is set for both CPU's, unchecking one of them gets rid of most of the "lag". Unless I minimize the window or switch tabs(chrome).

However this is still terribly annoying... Any ideas?
