No Audo or Video will not complete playing

I have a satellite modem from ISP Claro. Am unable to watch any videos via
the internet via YouTube radio programs or other source or just plain audios. I try to listen
to radio interviews and
it will start out and then about 20 minutes into the video or audio interview
it stops and I cannot hear or listen to the rest of it.
I have tried playing thru my Windows Media Player and it will not work.
Except, I am able to listen to Alex Jones radio show.

Can download movies thru Vuze
Once I have downloaded a movie I can
watch it just fine.

Vuze tells me I have a NAT problem. I do not know how to resolve that.
How come I can listen to Alex Jones for 3 hours nonstop and yet no
other radio interview or video will play except thru Vuze download????
