Need BT848 Full Source Code

I am trying to develop a software/driver for the Conexant BT848 series capture card. Ever since Conexant was bought out, the (C++) source code has vanished from exsistance. The source code was "supposed" to be packaged with one of the (several) Conexant cards i own... nope. I have spent several weeks searching the internet and cannot find the source anymore. Can someone please let me know where to find the "bt848 DDK" source code? Any help would be appreciated.

The source code for this is not available on the internet due to copyright infringement. We are not permitted to help you with anything that will further abuse copyrights.
