Hi, I got an email with a PowerPoint file attached to it, this email was sent to many recipients with different networks including me, I just want to make sure that it's impossible for this email to contain a keylogger since it's sent to multiple recipients simultaneously, right? Thanx, really need help.

It's perfectly possible that it's malicious. You should never open anything you're not sure about. If you're unsure, upload the file to http://www.virustotal.com/ for checking
