Hi. I'm looking for a good deal on graphics card (not for gaming or video editing) that can support 1920x1080 resolution, doesn't consume much power, and is less than $30. Here are some specs for the computer:

AMD Quad Core 3.4GHz
4GB DDR3 RAM
500GB Hard Drive
500Watts Power Supply
MSI Motherboard (forgot which model as I'm not near that computer right now)
Running windows 7

I need this card as the current integrated card doesn't support 1920x1080 resolution on its HP 23" LCD monitor. The computer is only used for general uses such as browsing websites, watching videos on streaming sites, and Microsoft Office. Thanks!

Please make sure that you have enough room in your case, this card measures 5.7" x 3.3" x 0.7" and that your MB has a pci-e slot http://www.newegg.co...N82E16814127591
I hope this will suffice and let us know either way.
