Arachnophilia forum or help?

I am looking for a forum that deals with Arachnophilia if there is such a thing. My current question is: I accidentally deleted the left panel tool folder containing linking, anchors, etc. How do I restore this? Also, the center function does not work. Thanks in advance.

Normally one of the options on the menus will restore the bar.

With regards to the "center function", I presume this is in the final webpage you create? If so, it depends on how your page is being put together and coded.
