My Ultimate Mail Manager running with "The Print Shop Elements Label Creator & Business Cards" program stopped working. The error is "Ultimate Mail Manager Has Encountered A Problem" "contact MicroSoft". I reloaded the software a couple of times, but I still get the error. There is nothing in the Encore Knowledge base about this. I suspect it may be a Windows Netframe problem. Any solutions?
