5900rpm vs 7200rpm

i wanted to build a new pc so i wanted to know if there was a major difference between the performance of a 5900rpm
hdd and a 7200rpm hdd.
Im gonna make 2 partions and also i will be running games

Also i wanna purchase a Radeon hd6450 series graphic card(1gb)
is it enough for the current games and also future ones?
