I have two graphic cards built into my HP Pavilion dv7-4060us Notebook. I was wondering how do I properly update both of them (switchable graphics)?

The Device Manager says the graphics cards are up-to-date but I know there are newer drivers (as far as I know) at the AMD website, but I don't know which drivers to use, especially considering I have two graphics adapters instead of just one and they're switchable graphics, so when I plugin my charger to my notebook it prompts me if I want to use my power-saving GPU or my high performance GPU (which is normal, just stating how it works). So I just want to make sure I have the latest drivers for my graphics cards.

I appreciate any assistance and thanks in advance.

Just a FYI, unless you are having issues more often than not drivers are best left alone "if it aint broke dont fix it" as they say.
Many driver updates are released purely to address known issues so unless you are having the said issue you do not need the driver update.

Without stating the obvious your drivers show as being up to date, check out http://www.innovativ....com/drivermax/ you are allowed to download two drivers a day for free.
Couple of separate things to note, first address the two Recommended Fixes, if you hover the cursor over them you will get a description of what they are and if you click them you will be told how to resolve the issue and second only use CCleaner for cleaning temp files and stay away from µTorrent as you are putting yourself at risk of malware attack, undesirables such as cyber-criminals are a party to torrents and as such think nothing of infecting your computer or stealing your personal details.
