Dakeyras, I really appreciate the help you have give me. I will begin the process tonight and will hopefully be back up and running tomorrow. I sincerely thank you for the help you have given me and appreciate everything.

Giving the nature of the infection if you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation as a precaution...apart from that you should be good to go as they say.
