Don't know if I'm in the right sector for this, but here goes. I have Windows XP Home Edition. Recently I've tried to restart from both the start button and using ctrl, Alt, Delete, and I have to use the off switch on the computer to shut it down, wait and restart the computer. Now it seems to be hit or miss with restarting the right way. ;) I received an error message twice stating a Generic Host Process for Win32 Services error. :tazz: What should I do to fix these? Thanks for you time and patience....

Microsoft say:

You need SP2

You have Norton 2003

The Keyboard layout is corrupt

You need a hotfix
