Hi all,

My wife and I both have iPhones. Both are authorized on the same iTunes account. Some of our purchases are made through iTunes, but my wife sometimes makes purchases directly to her phone, using our common account.

It seems as though the songs that have been sync'd to iTunes that were purchased on her phone are unavailable to be sync'd on my phone. When I sync'd a whole bunch of new songs recently they appear on my phone but are greyed out. Maybe I'm off track but I'm fairly certain it's because they were purchased on her phone instead of our computer.

Any thoughts on this? Any remedy?

PS - I hate iTunes but other programs won't "play nice" with my phone.

Hi There. The songs on iTunes can only be purchased by one person from a single account, so if you want the songs you will have to purchase them.
