I have Java 6 Update 30, Adobe Reader X (10.1.1), and Adobe Flash Player 11 ActiveX. About to clean up System Restore. Should I uninstall all those tools? Or would it be handy to keep them around?

You can keep them if you want. You might want to delete the contents of c:\Qoobox and c:\_OTL. That's where they store the malware they remove. Combofix will update on its own when you run it. MBAM has a manual update. The others don't update so may not be the latest versions but probably better than nothing.
