infected with nail.exe

Hi, I think I am infected with nail.exe right now, but when ever I try to turn on my computer, the icons and the start menu bar keeps on appearing and dissappearing. I tried to start in the safe mode and the same thing happens. I used alt+ctrl+del and look at the processes that are run, nail.exe and arura keeps on coming on. whenever explorer openes nail.exe runs and kills it. It seems like I can't be running any of the anti virus programs on it. Is there anything I can do to safe this situation??
