Couple days ago my nephew was surfing on the computer and we developed a virus. We scanned with Avast, Mbam and AVG. Viruses were found and deleted\quarantined, however the computer still isn't functioning up to par and the desktop menus and everything disappeared. Can anyone walk me through using the different software's in order to get us clean and running once again. I'd really appreciate it. Thanks
