computer is HP Compaq Presario laptop
OS Windows Vista 32 bit
last evening I used the slider to turn the volume down.
This evening while trying to tune into church service via Live Streaming I noticed that the speaker volume icon is gone. WHAT HAVE I DONE??
I checked the drivers for everything audio and there are no yellow or red markers. As a matter of a fact everything says that they are working properly.

Can someone help me ??

I am very thankful for any assistance you can do.
The virus screens and Malwarebytes are negative.

Open Control Panel, select Notification Area Icons. Make sure Volume is set to Show icon and notification.
