Infected Trojan Generic Malwarebytes won't run [Solved]

Last night my computer started running really slowly, so I scanned with Malwarebytes and it discovered and took care of 2 infections (Trojan Generic and some letters and numbers hat I can't remember. Everything was just peachy for a while until today, same thing with lagging and slow. I tried to scan again to see if I was reinfected, and now I can't even get my Malwarebytes program to open. AVG finds nothing, by the way....
