Hi, new here, tried a lot but cannot go on ebay help!

Howdy, I am not computer illiterate nor am I a genius on one. I cannot access ebay and for some reason facebook is REALLY slow. I have tried clearing my dns, cookies, etc. I have turned off my antivirus and firewall and tried it, no difference. I have pinged it and it cannot find ebay. I have also run malwarebytes and show no problems there. Any suggestions?
