I recently purchased a newer computer for my dad. both the old and newer computers are running XP. I was trying to transfer his old computer files to the newer computer. when the older computer was prompted to restart the restart gave the following error; windows root system32 hal.dll we no longer have a boot disk for the old computer. Any ideas to help solve this problem????
