I'm on a shared network with 38 people and have no access to router and stuff so it has to be a fix that works from my end.

The problem is that the shared connection keeps shifting between 2 ip's every couple of seconds and I have no idea how to fix it, so websites that logs ip's logs me out after a few seconds.
That's pretty much the extent of my problem.

I could imagine it can only be fixed if i had access to a router, getting a VPN or just getting my own connection but i wanted to ask anyway.
