Hotmail account frozen

I have been unable to get Microsoft Hotmail to help me getting my account re-setted. I have attempted to access it so many times that they locked it. Now, I am trying to find someone to unlock it. Does anyone knows a good link to complain? I have been e-mailing their technical support and other links with to avail.

you may just have to wait several days for it to unlock so you can try again. howver if you have forgoten your password then you may be out of luck.

hotmail support is about as helfull as a buck of rocks. if you can get access or even better if you have a backup of your contacts and email I would recomend google or yahoo as alternatives.
