Mouse Cursor goes off screen

If I move the mouse cursor to the extreme right or bottom of the monitor, it disappears (but not on the top or left side). I am using the same monitor I did when I had the computer using Windows XP, but now I have Windows 7 (according the the Device Manager it's a Dell 1501FP (Analog). How can I resolve this (assume I need specific, step-by-step instructions)?
