every time I turn my computer on I get loads of pop ups that say "Windows Delayed Write Failed." Failed to save all the components for the file \\System32\\00004981. The file is corrupted or unreadable. This error may be caused by a PC hardware problem." I don't know what to do... when i close all the popups i cant see any programs and all my icons are gone.

I have fee AVG installed; even i am getting some AVG threat detected popup. which says threat name is "Win32/kryptik.ZAK"

Please help.
