Well basicly I have , I think no viruses but I still can't restore my desktops picture. Before it was that black scrren with the link in the middle saying "Warning", blah blah blah. Now it's white but it's not showing that thing anymore. I also saw other threads saying to stop Windows Browser Manager, but I didn't see it in services. It wasn't there.
