Can't log into windows anymore

Well this started happening today for no aparent reason, but when I start up my windows 7 it starts normaly.
Then I choose my account and type in pw and then the account is loading and the little circle keeps going around but it doesn't go anywhere else, I waited about 15 minutes and nothing.

Any idea what could cause this issue and what I could check/fix ?
