I have a major problem with my computer. It is coming up first with a black screen that gives options of starting in safe mode, last working startup, or normal windows startup. It doesn't matter which one I do, the blue screen pops up that says a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. It tells me to disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk defragmentation or backup utilities, and to check my hard drive configuration. Well, fellow members, I can't get to the desktop to get to the control panel to remove anything or disable anything. I do not have a disc. One didn't come with my computer. What do I do now? Can someone please help me? I can't get my computer to go into safe mode.
