Hello

My Norton software is telling me that I've been infected with Trojan.Zeroaccess!kmem. I've tried different softwares such as super antispyware and anti-malware but it hasn't fixed the problem. The more I look online for answers the more it seems like i'm going to need more than a software to fix the problem. I just got this infection tonight, and at the moment it hasn't caused much problems, but I am worried that it will in the near future. I'll really appreciate any help from somebody.

Thank you.
