i know a little about computers but not enough

i have a computer with windows xp on it

Express Service Code- -39734915
Processor- Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 2.80GHz
Processor Speed- 2.73 GHz
Memory (RAM- 512 MB
Operating System- Microsoft Windows XP Professional
Operating System Version- 5.1.2600

i have windows 7 on another computer of mine, but i dont know if it is compatible with this computer.

Download this tool from Microsoft which will tell you if you have any issues with upgrading. Read the instruction before running the tool.
