hey i was able to return it through intel. just got it yesterday and am running it now

That is good news.
I do so hope that the CPU (last thing I would have picked) was the only problem and you do not have any more issues.

i had them run tests on everything and they said the cpu was the only issue it had

just thought id drop in and say the system is still running great. ive even made it possible to triple boot
