Hi! I went through your list of removal instructions and I didn't find my critter, so I'm putting out an SOS!
I just ran Kaspersky and it told me I have something called Heur.Trojan.Script.Generic and that it cannot move it to quarantine. I've noticed that others have had this problem, but unfortunately, I don't know enough to be able to cure myself through another person's case. I don't have any idea what to do about this one, so I would greatly appreciate any help I can get. Kaspersky says the critter's location is C:\Documents and settings\clotilde\AppData
I'm running a laptop on Vista

Sorry, I don't have HijackThis or anything similar installed in this computer.
